Offer A Private Dining Experience For Important People

Offer a Private Dining Experience for Important People

Whether right or not, there are certain expectations that important people have when dining privately. It is essential that everything on the table be laid perfectly, that the wine flows constantly and that your guests leave feeling completely spoiled. Your guests will want to be left alone, with minimal hassle from outsiders, so discreet service and staff will make the experience even better for them.

Instructions

1. Lay the table perfectly. Polished silverware and place cards showing people where to sit will give your guests the fine-dining experience they expect. Flowers and candles will also help to set the atmosphere.

2. Train your staff appropriately. They must know be discreet, disturbing the guests only when necessary. They will be expected to make sure the glasses are topped up at all times without being asked, and they must be able to describe the menu efficiently.

3. Oblige your guests. They are important people; therefore, their wishes are your command. If they ask for different food or wine, do your utmost to try and provide it. Remember that the more spoiled they are, the more they will enjoy their private-dining experience.

4. Keep the important guests separate from the other guests. They have chosen private dining for a reason, so do ensure that their experience stays private. Whether they are famous or otherwise, do not broadcast their whereabouts. Discretion is key.
