Bedding
Different western-themed bedding sets are available at children's stores and home goods stores. Choose from sets with cowboys, horses or a cow print. Walls

Final Touches
Add accents to the room with western-themed accessories. Place a cowhide rug on the floor, or throw it over a blanket rack. Hang cowboy hats on the wall. In a girl's room, use a cowboy boot as a vase for silk flowers. Use sheriff stars to create curtain ties. Small toy horses may be placed on a shelf, or you can place stuffed horses on the bed to finish the look.
