As your son grows up, the old planes, trains and automobiles may not work quite so well anymore. There are a few themes that can be held as standard when it comes to young men and any one of them can be expanded on depending on an individual's taste and style.


Rock Stars & Celebrities


Everyone has idols. A teenager may even someday dream of being a rock star or celebrity. If his interest is in music, make his favorite guitar or other instrument center stage in his room. Artwork that can be moved into his first dorm room or bachelor pad is a great way to start helping him figure out his true decorating style.
