Color immediately evokes different emotions, and your teen girl probably holds strong opinions about her favorite color. Building a bedroom theme around a single color is versatile and eye-catching. If she has an unusual favorite color and you fear she may outgrow it soon, try a softer variation (for instance, lavender instead of vivid purple).
