Room design is paramount with a modern Wenge bedroom set.
A well-arranged bedroom set creates a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere where you can rest, recharge and escape from the world outside. Wenge bedroom sets add an air of elegance, but without the proper room design the pieces can make the space feel cluttered or awkward and not-at-all restful.
Instructions
1. Measure the dimensions of the room with the tape measure. Knowing the length of each wall will help you center the pieces of your Wenge bedroom set and create symmetrical, or asymmetrical looks.
2. Place the bed with headboard against the center of one wall that is unbroken by doors. Avoid placing the bed where is blocks a window or door. It is best to place the bed on a wall opposite the door leading into the bedroom if possible.
3. Flank the bed with the two matching Wenge nightstands.
4. Place the women's dresser against a wall perpendicular to the way the bed is oriented. Make sure that the dresser is centered in the wall.
5. Place the men's chest against a wall opposite of the dresser that is also perpendicular to the way the bed is oriented. If this is not possible because of doors in that wall, or if it obstructs easy movement in the room, select a different location for the chest.
