Diy Football Bedroom Decoration

Football makes people do crazy things, from painting their torsos and exposing them in frigid weather to requesting a jersey from their favorite team be placed in their casket when they die. People who love football this much will prefer to have football permeate every facet of their home, including the bedroom. Decorating a bedroom in a football motif is possible without inviting the coaching staff over for a huddle.

Instructions

1. Paint the walls in the colors of your favorite team. For example, paint two walls blue and two walls gold if you are a University of Michigan fan. You can also represent a rivalry in your painting. For example, contrast the Green Bay Packer's green and yellow on two walls, with the Minnesota Vikings purple and white on the other two.

2. Carpet the room in a lush green to represent a football field. You can place a football in the middle of the room, on a tee, to simulate the beginning of a game.

3. Hang posters on your wall representing your favorite teams and players. Place opposing players on the walls facing each other.

4. Place your best trading cards in frames around the room. Choose cards that display your favorite players in memorable action shots or poses.

5. Find sheets and blankets that represent your favorite team, or football in general. Purchase several sets so that you never have to endure boring sheets again.
