Buy A Bathroom Mirror

A bathroom mirror can completely transform the style of your bathroom. It can also be one of the most cost effective ways to make a striking change. There are many different mirrors available to consumers in all shapes and sizes. To make sure that the mirror you buy achieves the function and style you expect for your bathroom, you will have to take your time and choose wisely.

Instructions

1. Decide how much you want to spend on a bathroom mirror. You can spend anywhere from twenty dollars and up for a bathroom mirror. Establish your budget before you begin shopping.

2. Determine how your bathroom mirror will function. You may need a mirror that doubles as a medicine cabinet, or a mirror that will be the focal decorative piece that inspires the style of every other element in the room. Consider if this is a well used bathroom, or only occasionally used when guests are visiting.

3. Choose the style. If you prefer a traditional style, you may prefer a mirror with a decorative frame around the outer edges. If you prefer a modern style, a very simple, oval shape with no edges may accent the room best.

4. Pick the size works best. As a rule of thumb, the bathroom mirror should not be larger than the width of the bathroom sink. Keep the proportions of the mirror and sink in mind so that you do not mistakenly choose one too small.

5. Check the return policy before you buy the bathroom mirror. When you get it home and try it in your bathroom, you may decide it doesn't fit the style and functionality of the bathroom. Be sure you can return it if needed before you buy.
