Per Se serves some of NYC's most refined French American fusion cuisines. The restaurant has been awarded three Michelin stars, which means that guests can expect exquisite food and outstanding service. Take an elevator up to the fourth floor in the Time Warner Center complex, walk through the signature blue door entrance, and you'll settle into the high-ceilinged Adam Tihany-designed space featuring warm wood tones and scenic Central Park views. The 64-seat dining room offers an open space setting while a 10-seat private dining area is available for a more intimate affair. There are three prix-fixe menus that are determined daily: chef's tasting is $150, five-course is $125 and the nine-course tasting of vegetables is priced at $135. Unless you personally know the maitre d', dinner reservations are a must.
