5. A Saniflo can be installed 15 feet below grade and up to 150 feet away from your sewage pipe or septic tank. This gives a homeowner more flexibility with design. The Saniflo tank can handle the toilet as well as all the bathroom fixtures. Everything can be piped in the walls and into the pump for removal into your septic or sewage pipes.
6. A Saniflo toilet is an economical approach to any basement remodel. The toilet can be expensive but when factoring in the costs of jack hammering and excavating the floor in the basement as well as hampered design option the money this system costs can be saved in all other areas.
