Brown and teal is a classic color combination
Instructions
1. Use a quality interior paint to color all four walls. The wall that the bed usually rests up against should be painted the opposite color of the other walls to serve as an accent wall. While you can use any color combination you choose, making the accent wall brown and the other walls teal will give the room a larger, more open appearance than if you did the opposite.
2. Hang a large mirror on one of the walls. This opens up the room further and offers a touch of reflection.
3. Choose a teal and brown accent comforter. The main color should be the opposite of the color used on the accent wall.
4. Select curtains that are similarly colored to the comforter.
5. Hang or display several silver decor pieces. This adds a shine that complements the brown and teal, while lessening the intensity of the color duo.
6. Place a few houseplants around the room to soften the room's appearance and give it a natural look.
